TechnoAnimism

Animism is the route by which we will consolidate and create a sustainable and understandable new world where digitalis and ecological stability will be inextricably entwined. Without this coalescence, the integrity of the planet will continue to diminish into a dystopian terror.

We are at the conjunction of the spheres; seemingly disparate world's are colliding left and right because of platforms like Twitch and TikTok and YouTube. Through technology we now can see the world as it is, but with it, the edges of reality also begin to be skewed. We can see that mono-culture forestry is killing biodiversity and soil integrity, yet, what can we do about it other than watch it happen?

We are in the echo now, the bits of the old world that will survive must be those that hold the spirit of the planet. We must combine what is left with what is emerging.

Our currency must become something that isn't just wafting in a digital ether, but also an animistic one. Digital currencies will be bound to living things. The songs of birds will be tracked for biodiversity and health, and the recording of those avian voices will be a token. This sort of entwinement of digitalis with animism may be messy at first, but as it evolves, wildlife and wild places will no longer be of symbolic value, they will be directly connected to a Integrity Exchange, where decisions and their financial or ecological consequences will be directly correlated with the person/entity that is responsible. No longer will corporations

 be able to do as they please, and simply pay a fine if they "accidentally" dump toxic sludge into pristine rivers.

While the concept is theoretical only, it does address an evolving and dire issue--how do we address modern problems with emerging solutions
